Amazon now offer this feature called Share on Twitter that can be accessed when you login into Amazon.
You need an Amazon Associates account to use this feature. Visit the page you want to share, click on “Share on Twitter” at the top of the Amazon page and that will open up twitter.
The tweet is prefaced with “Check out this Amazon deal:” followed by the title and URL, which has your affiliate information. Here is something I tweeted recently. Notice I did change my preface to make it more personal.
